SCSA Referee Schedule

As always, please confirm your assignments with an e-mail to mark.bernat@gmail.com by Wednesday night each week. Please confirm as soon as possible, don’t wait for the deadline.  Make sure to include at least the number of games you are confirming each day so that I’ll know you have them all when I mark them off.   Many of you have lost your games the last 2 weeks for not confirming on time.   Non confirmations will be replaced without notice and you can be removed from the assignment list completely.

SCSA Field Adminstrator phone number is 316-350-4457     .   If you are running late (meaning you won’t check in at least 30 minutes before your 1st game of the day) or need to get ahold of the field administrator on duty for any reason, please use this number.

Upcoming Schedules

Fall schedules will be posted within a few days after the league releases the schedules!

KRW Papa Johns Invitational Tournament March 11-12

Information for the KRW Papa Johns Invitational can be found below.

Notes on the schedule:

If you are a first year referee, you were NOT selected to referee in the tournament.

If you are playing in the tournament, you were NOT selected to referee in the tournament.

If you asked for “AR only” then you may not have been selected for the tournament.   Only a few “AR only” referees were given games.

If you are on the Master list, but did not receive games, you were selected to referee and will be assigned if any openings occur.

The game count is lower than in years past.  We have very few U9/U10 games compared to normal tournaments.   Some of the older divisions are smaller as well.   Generally most people were assigned to a maximum of 2-4 games on Saturday and 3 games on Sunday, which is lower than normal assignments for a KRW tournament.   Please note I’m still adjusting some assignments.  I will not change anything after you confirm but any unconfirmed schedules may change slightly as we try to balance the small number of games among all those who want games.  Quite a few got left out and I’m really sorry about that.  It has no reflection on your ability as a referee.

Please let me know if you have questions.

Schedules updated as of 3/11 3:13pm  –  NOTE NEW GAMETIMES ON THE SUNDAY GAMES
